How Clownmind Studio Pvt. Ltd. handles the personal information you share with us through this website, by email, or during an engagement.

What we collect
We collect only what we need in order to reply to you and to run a project. Through this website that means the fields you complete on an enquiry form.
- Your name, work email address and telephone number.
- The description of your project and the service areas you select.
- Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and user agent.
- Aggregate analytics about which pages are viewed, held without advertising identifiers.
Why we hold it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, to prepare a proposal, and — if we work together — to administer the engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Where we rely on legitimate interest to contact you about an enquiry you initiated, you can object at any time and we will stop.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in our own database and transmitted over TLS to the form-handling service that delivers them to our inbox. Access to the stored enquiries is restricted to named staff behind an authenticated admin area.
We use a spam-prevention service on our forms. It receives a token from your browser in order to distinguish automated submissions from genuine ones.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are retained for seven years where tax or contractual obligations require it, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to particular kinds of processing.
To exercise any of these, email hello@clownmind.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working, and analytics is collected in aggregate without a persistent identifier.
