Hiring React engineers: the details
Every engineer we place has at least five years of production experience and has led a delivery. Clownmind runs no junior bench — if we do not have the right person available, we say so rather than substituting somebody cheaper.
Day one is repository access, environment setup and a walkthrough with whoever owns the codebase. We expect a meaningful pull request inside the first week, and we will tell you if the environment is not in a state that allows it.
